Hotels and furnished apartments stormed for MWC 2015

This year, the Mobile World Congress mobilizes hotels but also many real estate agents in Barcelona for short holiday stays.

The Mobile World Congress is set to break attendance records in 2015. At the Fira de Barcelona,  businesspeople and policymakers come to explore the latest smart phone technologies, computer developments, embedded technology, telephones and television progress.

Organizing the Mobile World Congress does not happen in one day: the entire city of Barcelona is mobilized for several months to accommodate a growing number of international visitors. The El Prat airport receives many additional passengers during the period that the congress is on and is expected to beat attendance records this year. Some attendees book their stay far in advance and the numerous hotels of Barcelona fill up fast.
